LED Lighting Upgrades

Contracted to complete the LED lighting upgrades at Southlakes, Balec were responsible for supply and installation of:

• New LED car park lighting
• New PIR sensors
• New Emergency lighting
• Remedial work on existing lighting controls

This project alone has slashed the Body Corporate power bill by 30%, providing a Return on Investment of just 18 months
